If you are entitled to a refund, we can send a refund application to the airline on your behalf. When/ if the request is granted by the airline and the amount, has been refunded to us we will process your refund in accordance with the airline’s policy and our Terms and Conditions. The refund amount will be paid out to your original form of payment. 

Depending on the delays from the airlines the refund process can take between 2-8 weeks, and even longer in extraordinary cases after an application has been made to the airline. As soon as we get the funds from the airline we will send them to you; however, due to the large refund volumes we are handling because of the pandemic unfortunately the process on our end can also take a few weeks.
